Deputy Shop Manager – Bromsgrove
Full time / 37.5 hours per week
Primrose Hospice provides exceptional care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses in the Redditch and Bromsgrove area. We are looking for a full-time deputy shop manager to join our Retail team. This is an exciting time to join the Hospice retail team within our brand-new store in Bromsgrove.
The Deputy Shop Manager provides a crucial role, working closely with the Shop Manager and Retail Manager, in overseeing all aspects of running a large and busy charity shop. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, flexible and able to work within a high-paced environment, with experience in retail, preferably in the charity sector.
The post holder will play an essential role in generating income to support the work of the Hospice and act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times. This role requires someone who will work towards the shared aims of the charity. The skills and experience we are looking for in a potential candidate are detailed in the Person Specification for the post.
