Our Shops

Primrose Hospice has five charity shops across North East Worcestershire which raise vital funds to help us provide our services free to patients and families, we need to raise over £1.95 million every year.

Our shops are carefully stocked with all sorts of donated and new goods including clothing, accessories, decorative items and furniture.

We welcome good quality pre-loved clothing, shoes, household items and entertainment such as books, computer games etc. You can donate at any of our shops, please see below for locations of our shops.

Furniture donations and collections

We welcome good quality furniture donations at our Headless Cross shop and new Bromsgrove shop and dependant on your location can arrange collections, but kindly ask that you email furniture@primrosehospice.org with a photo of your item, your name, address and contact number. All items with cloth seats e.g. sofas, single chairs, recliner chairs, dining chairs etc must have fire labels attached. Unfortunately if these items don’t have a fire label we aren’t able to accept them.

Help us make your donation go further!

Using Gift Aid means every pound we raise through your donations, we get an additional 25p from the HM Revenue & Customs, helping your donations go further. Ask our team in our shops about how you may be able to Gift Aid your items. If you already know your Primrose Gift Aid number simply let our team know when donating items.
