How do I donate my pre-loved items?
We welcome donations of quality items that can be re-sold in our shops.
Examples of what you can donate:
– Men’s and women’s clothing and accessories
– Books
– Toys and games
– Homeware
– Furniture (book your free furniture collection here)
– Electrical items (subject to testing)

Help us make your donation go further!
Gift Aid is a government scheme that allows charities to claim extra money from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) at no extra cost to you.
If you’re a UK taxpayer, you may be able to Gift Aid the items you donate to our charity shops. This means that when we sell your donated items, Primrose Hospice can receive an extra 25p for every £1 raised, helping your donation make an even bigger difference.
Ask our shop team about Gift Aid when donating items. If you’re already registered with us and know your Primrose Gift Aid number, simply let our team know when you drop off your donation.
