Santa’s get ready on the starting line

Get ready to don your Santa suit and spread Christmas cheer!

The Primrose Hospice Santa Fun Run returns on Sunday, 1st December 2024, at Arrow Valley Country Park, Redditch.

Whether you’re a serious runner or just looking for some festive cheer, this event is perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Participants can choose between a 1km or 5km route, making it a fun and inclusive event for families, friends, and even pets!

Each participant will receive a FREE Santa suit to wear during the run, transforming Arrow Valley into a sea of red and white. Plus, we will have environmentally friendly medals and delicious mince pies waiting for you at the finish line—a perfect way to celebrate your achievement and get into the Christmas spirit!

Gabrielle Grubb – Fundraiser at Primrose Hospice said: Our Santa Fun Run is becoming a festive tradition for our local community, a way to kick off the festive season with family and friends. What I love most is that it’s not about how fast you complete the course or whether you are an experienced runner —it’s about having fun and supporting your local hospice this Christmas.”

The Primrose Hospice Santa Fun Run is not just about running; it’s about making a difference. By participating, you’re helping raise essential funds to support Primrose Hospice’s clinical and family support services, which provide crucial support to individuals and families in the community facing life-limiting illnesses.

Your participation helps to raise the £1.95 million Primrose needs to ensure they can continue offering these services for free, all year-round.
