Primrose Hospice Celebrates Biggest Treecycle Yet
Thanks to the incredible support of the community, this year’s Treecycle raised a record-breaking £17,502 for Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre.
Hannah Isaac, Fundraiser at Primrose Hospice, shared:
“Last year I said, ‘Let’s make next year’s Treecycle even bigger and better!’ – and wow, you all certainly delivered! This year has been record-breaking, both in the number of trees collected and the funds raised. Thank you so much to everyone who booked a collection, volunteered their time, or supported the campaign in any way – we are so grateful!”
The collection was made possible thanks to the generosity of local businesses. Primrose Hospice would like to thank Hills Ford for kindly providing the collection vans, Robinson Tree Surgery for ensuring all trees were chipped, and Finch End Farm for their wonderful support with the campaign.
As an independent charity, Primrose Hospice relies on fundraising events like Treecycle to help raise the £1.95 million needed each year to provide free care and support to local families.
