Primrose to hold its first ever Carols by Candlelight

MUCH loved Christmas carols, music and readings will help residents remember a loved one during Carols by Candlelight held at Primrose Hospice.

Residents are invited to the first ever Carols by Candlelight at the hospice in St Godwalds Road, Bromsgrove, on Thursday, December 19 from 6pm.

People will come together in the hospice’s candlelit grounds to take part in the Christmas service featuring the Primrose Choir and readings by hospice Chaplain Keith Judson.

Emma Williams, fundraising manager at Primrose Hospice, said: “It is the first time we have held Carols by Candlelight as part of this year’s Lights of Love campaign.

“We’re looking forward to inviting all of our community to the hospice grounds to share in this special event.

“It will hopefully give people the chance to remember someone special to them in the beautiful hospice grounds which will be lit by candles and fairy lights.

“There will be a chance for people to take a look in the completed remembrance books and take time to reflect on their loved one at this special time of year.”

Entrance is free but donations can be made to the hospice which will go towards the care and support Primrose provides for people with life-limiting conditions and their families living in north east Worcestershire.
