Richard is a pharmacist who has worked in the nhs for over 30 years, including being a hospital chief pharmacist in both Dudley and Worcester and also with a time in general management as a chief operating officer. 

Richard joined the trustees in 2024 hoping that his experience helps the brilliant hospice staff deliver even better care.  

Richard has been married for 27 years, has two children in their 20s, with a cocker spaniel, rugby, and racketball to keep him out of mischief.
