Fundraise at Work

You and your colleagues can help make the difference at Primrose.

Organising fundraising activities are great team building opportunities for employees in the workplace. There are many in-office and virtual fundraising activities that you could organise at your workplace that will help engage you and your colleagues, and directly fund our work supporting patients with life-limiting illnesses and families, providing them with the care and support they need during difficult times.

There are many fundraising activities you could do for Primrose at work and with colleagues, such as:

  • Organise your own fundraising such as cake sales, raffles, fayres and office challenges.
  • Decide to team together and take part in a fundraising challenge such as a sponsored walk, run, bike ride,
  • Take part in our annual fundraising events, such as our Memory Walk and Snowdon at Sunrise.
  • Have one of our collecting cans at work and collect donations all year round.

Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre is an independent charity, offering care and advice to patients living with a life-limiting illness and support for families who are bereaved or who have a family member with a life-limiting illness in North East Worcestershire.

We receive only 14.6% of our required running costs from the NHS, so as an independent charity, we rely on the support of individuals and businesses to help us to raise the £1.95 million needed each year for us to provide our services free. By asking for friends, family & colleagues to support you in your fundraising, you will be helping Primrose be here now and in the future for your community.
