What is Orchardfest?
Orchardfest is Primrose Hospice’s summer music festival, held at Pools Farm, Moorgate Road, Stoke Wharf, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4AP. Expect live music, delicious food and drink, and a relaxed, family?friendly atmosphere – all while raising vital funds for local hospice care.
When is the event taking place?
Orchardfest is on:
21st August (7pm-approx 10pm)
22nd August (12-11pm)
Where is the event taking place?
Orchardfest 2026 is being held at a new venue: Pools Farm, Moorgate Road, Stoke Wharf, Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove, B60 4AP. ///dairy.first.beam
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy online tickets here or if you’d like to order tickets over the phone please call 01527 889796.
Is camping available?
Yes, camping is available for those who want to stay overnight.
Please note: you must purchase a camping ticket in addition to your festival entry ticket. Please be respectful of the farm and take your litter and belongings home.
Campers can arrive from 11am on 21st August. If you are planning on camping for just the Saturday evening, please ensure you have set up your camping area by 12pm on 22nd August.
If you are a group of campers (3+ units) and would like a space together, once you have booked your tickets please contact us and we ensure you are together (space permitting).
If camping, you will be able to park vehicles by your tent.
CAMPING NOTICE:
There are no facilities for emptying grey water or toilet waste on site. Campervans and motorhomes must arrive with empty tanks and leave with all waste.
There will be no electric available for campers.
Can I bring a gazebo?
Yes, you can bring a gazebo for the weekend. You can bring your gazebo from 11am on 21st August. If you are bringing your gazebo on Saturday, please ensure you are set up by 12pm. We will have a dedicated space at the festival for gazebos.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes! If online sales have closed, tickets will still be available on the gate unless the event is sold out.
Is Orchardfest family friendly?
Yes – families of all ages are welcome. Children’s tickets are available, and there’s plenty of space for little ones to enjoy the day.
Is there first aid available?
Yes, we will have designated first aiders on site throughout the weekend.
Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely! Orchardfest is dog friendly. Please keep your dog on a lead and pick up after them to help keep the grounds safe for everyone.
What food and drink will be available?
We have a great selection of local food vendors, sweet treats, soft drinks, and a fully licensed bar offering alcoholic and non?alcoholic options. Please be respectful of the farm and take your litter.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and drink. Please be respectful of the farm and take your litter and belongings home.
Is there parking at the event?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking onsite.
Is the event accessible?
We aim to make Orchardfest as accessible as possible. The orchard field has grassed areas which may be uneven. Accessible toilets are available onsite.

Can I leave and re enter the festival?
Yes, re-entry is allowed with a valid wristband.
What happens if it rains or is too hot?
We will be watching the weather reports closely on the lead up to this event, if anything about the event has to change, we will communicate with everyone who has purchased tickets! Please dress appropriately – wellies and waterproofs may come in handy.
Will there be toilets onsite?
Yes, there will be portable toilets and an accessible toilet available throughout the event.
Where does the money raised go?
All profits from Orchardfest support Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre, helping us provide free care and support to patients and families across North East Worcestershire.

Is smoking or vaping allowed?
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated areas. Please follow signage and be considerate of others.
