Primrose Hospice rated ‘GOOD’
The CQC, the independent regulator of health and social care services in England, conducted a comprehensive inspection of Primrose Hospice’s facilities, services, and patient care practices in November 2023. Following the thorough assessment, Primrose Hospice received an overall rating of “Good,” which highlights the organisation’s commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The CQC’s assessment encompassed various aspects of Primrose Hospice’s operations, including its effectiveness in delivering care, responsiveness to patients’ needs, safety protocols, leadership, and overall quality of services. The “Good” rating reflects Primrose Hospice’s strong performance across these key areas, highlighting its success in meeting the stringent regulatory standards set by the CQC.
