Daniela joined our Board of Trustees in 2019 and sits on Clinical Governance and IGP committees. She supports our Chief Operating Officer with HR queries as well as undertaking the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian role alongside Mark Duncan. Daniela also sits on ad-hoc task and finish groups as required.

Daniela has had a varied career all focussed around HR/Workforce, she now is in post at The Wye Valley NHS Trustas their Deputy Chief People Officer.
