The festive season is here, learn about Primrose Hospice’s Christmas Opening Hours below:

Primrose Hospice & Family Support Centre (B60 3BW):

Our Clinical Services, Family Support services, fundraising and finance will close on 24th December and re-open as normal on 5th January 2026

If you or someone you know needs support during the time we are closed please get in touch with your GP.

Headless Cross, Kingfisher & Bromsgrove Home:

24th December – Closing early
25th-28th December – Closed
29th-31st December – Open
1st January – Closed
2nd January – reopening as normal

Bromsgrove 1 (B61 8AE):

25th December – 1st January – Closed
2nd January – reopening as normal
