Heart-warming success for Hospice Lights of Love campaign

We’re pleased that our annual Lights of Love campaign has once again touched the hearts of our community, giving them the opportunity to remember their loved ones throughout the festive season. Our campaign, now in its 26th year, raised £30,148.

Kelly Wetherall, fundraiser at Primrose Hospice said: “It has been a privilege and an honour to have shared this much-loved campaign with our community for so many years.

We were pleased to have helped over 850 people this year to pay tribute to their loved ones through our displays, moving services at local churches, and our beautiful Evening of Remembrance here at the hospice.

The donations we have received will help to run the hospice for over three weeks, ensuring we can provide essential care and support for more patients and families in 2024.”

We would like to thank our campaign sponsor Thomas Brothers Funeral Directors, our dedication board sponsors, our performers, all the volunteers and most of all, to everyone who donated.
