Bereavement support is available to anyone registered with a Redditch and Bromsgrove GP who have experienced a bereavement in the last three years or who have previously been supported by Primrose Hospice.

The hospice offers support for adults, young people and children. Contact us if you live in north east Worcestershire.

To be referred to the Family Support Service, please contact your GP or contact the service directly on 01527 889799, between 9am and 5pm, and ask to speak to the Family Support Team Leader.
