Santa Fun Run!

Our Santa Fun Run is making its return on Sunday 6th December 2026, at Arrow Valley Country Park in Redditch. Whether you dash jog or stroll, choose between a 1km, or 5km route which is 2 laps of the lake. You can also complete 1 lap around the lake instead for 2.5km.
You get a FREE santa suit to wear on the day, and when you cross the finish line you’ll be awarded a Santa-themed medal and a sweet treat!

We politely ask that participants arrive in time for registration of their chosen race, if you decide to arrive earlier as a 5km participant you will be required to wait until the start time (10.45am).
New for 2026 are a slight route change, a new prize tier for fundraising called “Santa’s Golden Ticket”, a Bucking Bronco ride called “Reindeer Rodeo”, an “instagrammable” Professional Group Photo Booth“ and more Route Entertainment than ever before not to mention a more family friendly ticket price. Of course we will still have – the “Someone at the Door” – Samba Band, to make for one incredible atmosphere!
Last year we raised nearly £16,000 but this year we want to go bigger! Because Santa Fun Run is about emphasising the “Fun” in Fundraising. The ticket prices covers our event costs, but the Fundraising is what drives how much we can impact the lives of patients and their families at the Hospice, for the better. Use the Santa Fun Run as an excuse to fundraise from family and friends, a little goes a long way!
In 2026:
Raise £60 to get 1 of Santa’s Golden Tickets – can you get 12 people to donate £5 each to your fundraising link?
As a reward, each Golden Ticket includes at the event:
Every 6 Golden Tickets awarded funds 1 Week of our Family Support Worker to attend the Primrose Unit to support the family in the lead up to their loved one’s passing.
Last year, 3 fundraisers raised over £400+ each. These have inspired us to introduce one top tier – the Christmas Tree. Any participant that raises £400 will be recognised with a Christmas Tree outfit to wear on the route instead of a Santa Suit and be invited on stage to recognise their achievements!
