Santa Fun Run!

Simply choose whether you feel like dashing, jogging, or strolling, either the 1km or 5km route and enjoy the holiday spirit at your own pace.
Gather your friends and family for a merry morning of Christmas cheer while supporting your local hospice. You’ll get a FREE Santa suit to wear on the day, and when you cross the finish line, you’ll be awarded a Santa-themed medal and a delicious mince pie!
Our routes are family-friendly and accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs. Just keep in mind the start and finish line are on a field that may get muddy – depending on the weather. Dogs on leads are more than welcome to join in on the fun too, and there’s even a prize for the best-dressed festive furry friend!

We politely ask participants arrive in time for registration for their chosen slot, if you decide to arrive earlier as a 5km participant you will be required to wait until the run start time (10.45am).
SANTA SUITS
Adults and Children will receive a FREE Santa suit upon registration to run in. These are available for collection prior to event or can be collected on the day of the event itself.

If you haven’t collected your Santa Suit by the above dates you will be able to collect them on the day.

Donations raised through this event make a tremendous difference to the patients and families we support at Primrose Hospice and Family Support Centre. A record £19,114 was raised last year in 2024, up from £13,321 in 2023. This was all through your support and which we are so grateful for.
We’re excited for 2025 to be our biggest year yet, so grab your nearest and dearest and come along to take part!
Whether this is your first time taking part in our Santa Fun Run or you are one of regular participants looking to add another medal to your collection – we hope that you can join us to raise even more in 2025 and continue to grow this wonderful community event!
When you raise or donate over £20, you’ll become an official FESTIVE fundraiser. As a thank you, you’ll receive a special Christmas Bells Wrist Bracelet to wear during the event. Let everyone hear you jingle as you make your way around the course, celebrating your fundraising efforts.
£18.50 could contribute to a children’s group session which provides support to children who are experiencing the loss of a close family member.
£90.00 could contribute to the costs of supporting a patient in our day hospice, including transport, expert care, a nutritious meal and, access to our support groups.
