Shop Manager – Headless Cross Shop, Redditch

Permanent Contract – 37.5 Hours per week including weekends 

Salary – £26,432 FTE / Actual

This is not your average shop. The Headless Cross location is not only a vibrant community hub but also a key donation centre for Primrose Hospice, supporting five other shops in the area. Our shop thrives on the generosity of our local community, bringing unique and high-quality furniture, homeware, and hidden treasures to our customers – all while raising essential funds to support families and individuals in need.
