Service Access Criteria
Primrose Hospice is here to support bereaved families coping with grief after the death of a loved one. The hospice offers a variety of support for adults and children living in north east Worcestershire.
We offer a high quality, excellent and friendly service which responds to the emotional and practical needs of the whole family.
Following the death of a loved one, family members can self-refer to Primrose Hospice. People who have experienced a sudden death of a family member who was not a patient at Primrose Hospice can also access the service at any point for up to three years.
Referrals can be made by GPs and health care professionals. We accept referrals by letter, referral form and telephone.
