Everyone is invited to help paint north east Worcestershire yellow and raise money for local hospice care during Yellow Week.
It runs from Monday, June 7 and you can do any yellow themed fundraising you like asking for a donation towards Primrose’s care and support.
Why get involved?
Yellow Week is designed to bring people back together again, have some fun and raise money for a charity which supported the community throughout the pandemic.
Primrose Hospice continued to support people with life-limiting conditions and their families as well as provided bereavement support to adults and children.
Jaidon supports Yellow Week.
One of those who young people who received support from the Children and Young People‘s Team was Jaidon who was struggling after his granddad Jack died in July last year.
Jaidon said: “Primrose Hospice has really helped me express my emotions since my granddad Jack died.
“I was finding it difficult. I felt like when I talked about my granddad my insides were just empty.
“What I normally say to my friends is if you need someone to talk to I’m here. Primrose helps too – it’s been great because now I can explain how I am feeling. It’s definitely helped me.”
